How corporate music can affect the customer relationships

To me, one of the best example of how music affect our mood is from the VoIP provider Avaya. Supplier conducted a research which stated also that playing the incorrect music can have a worse effect than playing none. Could you imagine playing a corporate music like Queen’s Fat-Bottomed Girls on the line of a clothing firm company? that would make a totally different impact for ladies. Groups of testers that received treatment with background music showed serious enhancements in the endocrine system ( hormonal changes ), psychological state according to mood profiling, immune markers, and a lessening in the stress hormone cortisol.
