Looking for Parts

When we had an accident in the warehouse last week, a couple of parts broke off the forklift. Now, I have to go through a forklift truck attacments catalog to find the ones we lost and order new ones. It sounds easier than it is. These are small parts we’re talking about here and who knows what they’re really called. We simply refer to them as whatchamacallits. I doubt they have a section for that in the catalog. I hate to have to call in a repairman to fix these trucks as that will be so much more expensive. I know if we can find the parts, one of our guys will be able to fix it.
