Common problems with IP Phone System

An IP phone system may have a number of issues especially if they use both soft phone and hard phone on the system. Most of the time, there are some that were not able to synchronize these two phones. The problem with this is that call logs may be affected. This means that the duration of being on the phone may have not been recorded on the system. This will affect the time stamp of the agent and thus may get pay deduction or even a memo on not completing his or her office hours. Because of this, it is just important to keep these two synchronize all the time.
