    Soothing Wait at My Chiropractor’s Office

    Upon entering the Flagstaff Chiropractic office, I found myself in a warm and comfortable environment.  Low lighting along with subdued colors and soothing music made my waiting time very relaxing.  Smart move on their part because being relaxed during your initial chiropractic exam is good and it helps alleviate any stress.  Of course being stress free during your adjustment is great to because your muscles aren’t fighting against the adjustment.  Now that I have my appointments scheduled out for the next few weeks, I really look forward to my next visit.  It is a great way to begin your day.
