    Doctor Didn’t Write Prescription

    I had a doctor’s appointment today and I was expecting him to give me some medicines to take for the problems I have with heartburn. Instead, he writes me out some instructions for an acid reflux diet. That was so not what I was expecting. I don’t want to change my diet or cut out my favorite foods. I want to eat what and how much I want. I’m not fat so I don’t need to lose weight. However, the reflux is killing me, so I guess I’ll try to work in some of these changes that he’s so insistent about.
