My sister has diabetes and she is constantly aware of her glucose levels. She got a quality meter and she checks it regularly. When I was at the pharmacy with her last, I notice the blood pressure monitors that they had behind the counter and I figured I could do the same home check up daily if I had one of those. It pretty much does everything that a doctor will do for you, but it doesn’t charge you nearly as much.
