I played a lot of different sports in high school and there are certain exercises that I still use today that I learned back then. One of my favorite ones is an inner thigh exercise called the bicycle kick. It is a great way to get great results quickly and if is highly effective to get the results you are looking for. It can be difficult at first, but eventually it will get easier after you for awhile. Then when it gets too easy, you can add some ankles weights. Just give it a shot and see what this can do for you.
