Strength or Cardio Workouts? What’s More Effective?

Some like yoga, others prefer pumping iron or running on a treadmill. Whatever you prefer it must working for you. Is your goal to lose weight? There is a new book out that states that strength exercises are more effective than cardio. The Fat Burning Furnace review gives an insight on how the program works and why it produces better results. It says that short periods of intense exercises will burn fat more quickly. My concern is that this program will make women look too muscular and bulky. I think that a combination of both cardio and strength exercises will have a better effect on a body than one type of training alone.
