Shock and Awe in the Homeowners Association

The board called a general meeting for all residents the next week. We reported to them that the pond aeration systems had been put in and were hard at work on fixing the green slime problem. Than we brought to their attention the crime that had been going on for over 15 years. The former President had been arrested and charged with theft, and was going to be ordered to pay restitution to the community. No one was happy to hear that this had been going on, but they were happy to know that their hard earned money would be returned to the association, where it belonged.
