    RELAXATION

    I went to the bookstore today to buy a book that I’ve heard some good reviews from the media and friends. As I was walking by downtown, I saw this new café that just opened last week. I went in and ordered lunch. Luckily, there were several vacant seats available and just a few people inside.  The café offered a variety of food and drinks. I found a vacant table near the window and I got my book out and started reading while I ate my pesto and sipped my Low Acidity Coffee. It was a relaxing afternoon for me and I admit it was something that I truly enjoyed doing.
