Charlie finally made it home, even though it was not the way he had planned. He was completely disabled in the war and has to try to put his life back together again. He has been going to physical therapy and it has helped a little bit but he does not believe that he will ever be able to use his legs again. He is anxious to get his benefits so that he does not have to rely on his parents to take care of him.
