My New Career is Great

When I decided to go back in to the work world after raising my kids, I knew that I would need some training in order to get a decent job. After checking in to several possibilities, I started visiting some surgical technologist schools. I signed up to take the surgical tech courses there and one year later, I was a certified, licensed surgical technologist! I now have a good steady job at our local hospital and I just love the work. I set up the operating room before the patient comes in, getting it ready and placing the instruments for the surgeon.
