Don’t lose your head if you want to get back with your ex

Get a hold of yourself and act like a grownup. If you have serious plans of getting back with your exthen do not act like a lunatic by crying and begging your ex to take you back. It will only put off your ex and make you seem unattractive.
You need to be patient and take things slowly. Clear your mind and come up with a good strategy on how to convince your ex that you are worth giving another chance. Prove that a lot of good things await your ex in a fresh and healthier relationship with you.
