Company Offers Industrial Training to Potential New Employees

Our company is one of the few that have actually experienced growth, even in these rather challenging economic times. We are in the process of expanding at two of our properties. It is an exciting time for all of us. We have decided to offer an industrial training for applicants who think that they might be interested in growing with our company. If they are not interested in our class, they probably aren’t the type of employee that we desire to hire. On the other hand, this will give us an excellent opportunity to observe candidates before we make choices about which to hire. I think it’s a win-win situation.
